Ralph Amato still owned the Hempzels brand & we had just come back from the HIA conference in Oijua California where Richard Rose introduced everyone to shelled hemp seed. At the time Ralph & crew used Hemp Seed meal which was not milled into flour so it was course. We changed the reciepe & submitted samples to Baco Raton Florida's Food Distribution Magazine.
